📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and oversee risk management strategies, policies, and procedures related to
• Lead risk assessments to identify emerging financial reporting risks resulting from business
• Assess risks associated with emerging technologies, automation, and AI-enabled solutions that may
• Prepare and present recommendations to senior leadership regarding the financial reporting and
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business and finance teams by providing guidance on governance, risk
• Oversee the design and enhancement of internal controls by partnering with process owners to ensure

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience with strong accounting and financial reporting expertise, including
• Exceptional root cause analysis skills to identify underlying factors contributing to risk and
• Excellent leadership skills with proven ability to influence and motivate others to drive results.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present complex topics in a clear
• Strong project management skills to ensure effective prioritization and timely execution to deliver
• Experience operating in SAP or similar ERP system, as well as the business and operational
