📋 Description

• Own planning and forecasting infrastructure; design and improve models.
• Drive executive-level financial rigor; prepare monthly/quarterly reports and board materials.
• Be the senior financial voice for key units; partner with VP/C-level leaders.
• Lead cross-functional ad hoc analyses (M&A, fundraising, scenario planning).
• Architect scalable FP&A processes and AI-powered automation.
• Set the analytical standard; establish best practices for modeling and data quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years FP&A/Corporate Finance at high-growth tech or IB/Consulting.
• Deep financial modeling; multi-driver models; present to execs.
• SaaS metrics fluency: ARR, NDR, CAC, LTV; connect ops to finance.
• Executive communication; distill analysis for C-suite and Board.
• Strategic partner to VP/CEO leaders; trusted advisor.
• Owner mentality; end-to-end ownership of complex workstreams.
• AI-forward; uses AI tools to automate workflows and scale financial infrastructure.
