Sr. Manager, Global Supply

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end strategic sourcing for direct-material commodities across the product lifecycle.
• Lead supplier negotiations, dual-sourcing, and supply-continuity strategies.
• Partner with Engineering and Product on NPI to meet cost, quality, and availability targets.
• Mentor analysts and supply managers; engage with global suppliers and contract manufacturers
• Drive AI-enabled procurement, spend analytics, and risk management to improve sourcing decisions.
• Collaborate with Legal on contracting and with Finance/Planning on forecasting.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in strategic sourcing/procurement/global supply management with direct commodity ownership
• Experience sourcing hardware/electro-mechanical components (cables/connectors, PCB/PCBA, sensors
• Strong NP I sourcing experience from early engagement through production launch.
• Should-cost modeling, cost-down results, and ability to defend cost positions.
• Global supplier management experience, including Asia; strong communication and stakeholder
• Willingness to travel internationally (~25%).
