📋 Description

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with accurate reporting.
• Evaluate and document accounting treatments for complex arrangements.
• Partner with finance, operations, treasury, and tech accounting for guidance and forecasting.
• Maintain strong controllership; ensure US GAAP and key controls.
• Oversee audits; address gaps; implement corrective actions.
• Lead, mentor, and develop senior accounting professionals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years in accounting or controllership.
• CPA or equivalent professional certification.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP; technical accounting topics.
• Experience in controllership, technical accounting, or audit; manufacturing/supply chain preferred.
• Proven leadership experience.
