Sr. Manager, GTM FP&A

📋 Description

• Strategic finance partner to the Go-to-Market org (Partners, Sales Enablement, xDR).
• Own consolidated GTM expense forecast and GTM Finance outputs.
• Own budgeting/forecasting for GTM functions; ensure spend, headcount, metrics accuracy.
• Prepare budget vs. actual variance analyses and executive reporting.
• Lead analyses to identify drivers, risks, opportunities, and efficiencies.
• Collaborate with Accounting on accruals, close, and forecast accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in FP&A/Strategic Finance or related finance.
• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• MBA/Consulting/Investment Banking/Big 4 a plus.
• Experience partnering with Go-to-Market orgs (Sales, Partners, Ops).
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis.
• Proficiency with FP&A systems; Anaplan and Workday a plus.
