Sr. Manager, HR Systems & Operations

📋 Description

• Lead day-to-day administration of HR systems, including configuration, troubleshooting, user setup
• Manage an HR technology portfolio that includes HRIS, recruiting, learning, employee engagement
• Coordinate system integrations, testing, implementation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and data-flow
• Maintain HR data integrity by reconciling information across HRIS, payroll, benefits, and Finance
• Manage HR systems access controls, approval workflows, security protocols, and vendor escalations
• Maintain SharePoint and employee-facing HR intranet resources, including content, permissions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive HR operations experience demonstrating Senior Manager-level scope and
• 8+ years of hands-on HRIS experience with platforms such as UKG, ADP, Workday, or similar systems.
• Strong experience with HRIS administration, user management, data management, reporting
• 8+ years of experience managing HR operations functions, including process execution, compliance
• Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and optimizing HR operations processes and
