Sr. Manager, Information Security – Application Security & Red Team

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor Red Team & AppSec engineers.
• Partner with Product Security, Engineering, SecOps, and Infra.
• Define offensive security strategy, roadmap, and testing methods.
• Conduct adversary emulation, red team ops, pentesting, and security assessments.
• Evaluate security controls through realistic attack simulations and threat-informed testing.
• Build and scale offensive security programs and teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Offensive Security, Red Teaming, Pen Testing, or related.
• 3+ years leading high-performing security teams.
• Expertise in adversary emulation, red teaming, and threat-driven assessments.
• Deep understanding of modern attack techniques, MITRE ATT&CK, and offensive methodologies.
• Experience assessing AWS, Azure, GCP, and cloud-native tech including containers and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of application, network, identity security and detection engineering; excellent communication.
