Sr. Manager, International Payroll

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end international payroll across multiple countries.
• Partner with Global Payroll to scale processes across EMEA, APAC, NA, LATAM.
• Oversee international payroll compliance, filings, tax withholding, audits.
• Drive payroll improvements via standardization, automation, and vendor partnerships.
• Build payroll controls, governance and documentation to reduce risk.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Tax, People, Equity, and HR ops to align with policies.
• Support cross-border payroll matters: mobility, shadow payroll, equity impacts.
• Use AI to accelerate analysis, reporting and process documentation with validation.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in payroll; led international ops across multiple countries.
• 5+ years in payroll leadership; led teams in global env.
• Experience across EMEA, APAC, LATAM.
• Experience in payroll compliance: filings, tax withholding, social contributions.
• Experience building/improving payroll processes, controls, and SOPs.
• Experience partnering with Finance, Legal, Tax, People, Equity, and external providers.
• Demonstrated AI usage to improve speed and quality; with validation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business/HR or equivalent.
