Sr. Manager, Investor Relations & Strategic Finance

📋 Description

• Serve as primary finance point of contact for investor-related modeling, analysis, and diligence
• Support fundraising activities, including planning and execution of fundraising roadshows, investor
• Support onboarding of new investors in coordination with internal teams and external partners.
• Support development and maintenance of performance metrics, KPIs, and management reporting for
• Coordinate with underwriting and asset management teams to deliver monthly actual vs. budget
• Develop, maintain, and oversee complex corporate, fund, and asset-level financial models used for

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance, Commerce or related field of study and 4 years
• 4 years of experience with financial modeling, including any combination of structured investment
• 3 years of experience with accounting principles, including independently building and interpreting
• 2 years of experience participating in buy-side or sell-side financial, commercial, and operational
• Finance concepts, including discounted cash flow analysis, valuation methodologies, and capital
• Applying financial markets and investment products knowledge to modeling and analyses.
