📋 Description

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of learning designers, setting clear goals and
• Establish learning design excellence by defining clear goals, standards, and workflows that drive
• Collaborate across teams and regions with Teaching & Learning, Partner Enablement, Product
• Drive innovation in learning design by leading experimentation with new content models, AI-enabled
• Use data to inform and improve by leveraging performance metrics and learner insights to guide
• Foster an inclusive and collaborative culture that values creativity, open feedback, collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, curriculum
• 4+ years of experience managing or leading design teams, with a proven ability to develop talent
• Strong understanding of learning theory, instructional design models, and best practices for online
• Experience working with higher education institutions, industry partners, and/or subject matter
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with global, cross-functional teams in a distributed or matrixed environment.
