Manage multi-level deep organization across 4 shift patterns supporting 24/7 operations
Assess employee performance, provide feedback, and resolve conflicts
Lead by example and motivate the organization to achieve high results

🎯 Requirements

Advanced degree and 4+ years of experience, or bachelor's degree and 5+ years, or 10+ years of
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical activities (standing, climbing, bending
Must be able to work all shifts, extended hours and/or weekends as needed
Ability to provide 24x7 on-call support in emergency situations
Position based in Memphis, TN and requires on-site presence; remote work not considered
Position may require domestic travel up to 20% as needed
