Sr. Manager Materials Planning

📋 Description

• Direct long- and short-term manufacturing, production, and inventory plans.
• Oversee raw material demand forecasting to support procurement and inventory optimization.
• Manage end-to-end supply chain for raw materials and packaging.
• Build partner performance management ensuring alignment with Olipop goals.
• Lead the Planning and Logistics team with goals and performance metrics.
• Optimize materials storage, movement, shipping, and receiving processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 7-10+ years in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing planning (FMCG/food).
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Beverage systems knowledge is a plus.
• Travel up to 50%.
• Project management and change management skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
