Sr. Manager, Mechanical Engineering

📋 Description

• Recruit top engineering talent, mentor team members via 1:1s and growth plans
• Establish robust engineering standards, refine product workflows, and champion DFM
• Partner with Program Management, Quality, Industrial Design, and Manufacturing to hit milestones
• Engage with global suppliers, JDMs, and Contract Manufacturers across product lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in mechanical design with 4+ years leading teams
• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
• Proven track record from concept to launch with release processes
• Strong foundation in molding, stamping, welding, casting, machining
• Experience with FEA, drive belts/pulleys/bearings, QMS or Process Eng
• Excellent written/spoken English, coaching for growth and technical detail
