Sr. Manager, Medical Education-AMI Programs

📋 Description

• Lead the strategy, design, development, implementation, and execution of Fundamentals Courses.
• Identify program opportunities and design programs to complement the portfolio.
• Work cross functionally with the curricula team to outline program needs and support content
• Support the development of all promotional activities including customer assets, sales force
• Assess user activity and make recommendations to optimize content and experience.
• Work cross functionally with the AMI Faculty team to identify appropriate Faculty and coach them.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Minimum 4-6 years related experience.
• 3+ years' experience in Pharmaceutical, Medical Aesthetics or Medical Device in Marketing and Sales.
• Experience with facial injectables is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability of strategic thinking.
• Self-starter and strong problem-solving skills.
