Sr. Manager, Medical Education-AMI Programs - Irvine, CA

📋 Description

• Lead the strategy, design, development, implementation, and execution of CoolSculpting Fundamentals
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Curricula, Faculty, and other AMI teams to outline program
• Manage operational efforts for AMI programs, coordinating with internal teams, external vendors
• Support the Program Excellence Lead in defining measurable goals, analyzing performance metrics
• Partner with brand teams and field sales to align on key messages, support field communications
• Develop regular brand communications and update internal sales team portals; respond to field

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Minimum 4-6 years related experience.
• 3+ years’ experience in Pharmaceutical, Medical Aesthetics or Medical Device in the sector of
• Experience with facial injectables is preferred.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
