📋 Description

• Implement Medical Affairs strategies across the assigned territory and establish strong scientific
• Serve as a primary clinical and scientific resource for healthcare professionals, providing
• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and other stakeholders.
• Gather and communicate field insights on emerging research, treatment patterns, and clinical
• Translate Medical Affairs strategic plans into actionable territory plans.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of hematology-oncology and support scientific education initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• A terminal degree in medical or health sciences (MD, PharmD, or PhD) is strongly preferred.
• Three or more years of experience in a field-facing scientific role preferred; Medical Affairs or
• Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
• At least one year of oncology experience preferred.
• Familiarity with oncology KOLs and healthcare organizations in the assigned territory preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical trials, research processes, FDA and OIG guidelines required.

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary: $178,500–$210,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
