🎯 Requirements

• University degree or comparable qualification, combined with 10+ years of technical engineering
• Demonstrated experience managing Agile engineering teams, including responsibility for 5+ direct
• Demonstrated people-management, mentoring, coaching, and team-development skills, with a proven
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a collaborative and action-oriented approach, and intellectual
• A high level of ownership and accountability, with the ability to take responsibility for decisions
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple employees, schedules
