📋 Description

• Own production networks at scale; lead teams; automate operations.

• Stay hands-on as player-coach; set standards; codify bottlenecks.
• Build network/infrastructure automation and IaC; reduce bottlenecks.
• Hire and develop engineers; raise standards; cross-functional collaboration.
• Establish observability and risk reporting; deliver measurable outcomes to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in network/infrastructure engineering; 3+ years leading multi-DC teams.
• Transition ops from manual to automated, code-driven workflows.
• Build cohesive teams; raise standards; cross-functional collaboration.
• Deep DC networking: OSPF, EVPN, VXLAN; Cisco Nexus NX-OS.
• IaC: Ansible, Terraform, Python, Git; CI/CD pipelines.
• Observability tools: ThousandEyes, Grafana, NetFlow, Netscout.
• Kubernetes, AI, and GPU workloads.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
