📋 Description

• Design and scale onboarding academy and continuous learning curriculum.
• Build training programs to improve knowledge retention and readiness.
• Develop and optimize QA frameworks with clear KPIs.
• Create feedback loops to turn quality insights into coaching.
• Partner with operations to identify skill gaps and process improvements.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to evolve training materials.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in learning and development, QA, workforce performance, or enablement leadership.
• Proven experience building programs or operational frameworks from scratch.
• Experience designing QA programs with measurable KPIs and outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to connect training initiatives with operational improvements and business results.
• Experience leading managers, senior contributors, or cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to build dashboards.
• Experience in healthcare operations, telehealth, or regulated environments is highly valuable.
• Familiarity with AI-powered learning tools, Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement.
