Sr. Manager of IT & Operations

📋 Description

• Own and continuously improve Osano's internal IT operations, including endpoint management
• Keep systems reliable and employees productive.
• Maintain and deliver a near-term IT roadmap aligned with company growth. Identify gaps, prioritize
• Manage the IT and corporate technology budget.
• Own vendor relationships, renewals, and contract negotiations to control cost and remove redundant
• Serve as the internal technical lead for SOC 2 IT audit evidence and controls.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in IT, systems administration, or technical operations, with at least 1 to 2 years in a
• Hands-on experience with IAM, MDM, SAML/SSO, Google Workspace administration, and scripting.
• Operationally driven: close tickets, build systems that prevent the next ticket, and document what
