Sr Manager, Operations Control Center OCC / SOC

📋 Description

• Provide senior-level leadership, direction, and accountability for OCC Managers / SOC Managers and
• Partner with the Director, OCC / Senior Director, SOC to establish operational priorities
• Lead tactical and strategic operational planning to mitigate disruption, protect the flight
• Serve as a senior OCC / SOC decision-maker during irregular operations, severe weather events
• Drive cross-functional coordination with Dispatch, Crew Scheduling, Maintenance Control, Charter
• Oversee OCC Manager / SOC Duty Manager performance, coaching, development, accountability, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
• Seven (7) to ten (10) years of progressive airline operations experience, preferably within an
• Minimum of three (3) years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience in a 24/7 airline
• Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Demonstrated ability to lead leaders, develop high-performing teams, and drive accountability
