• Manage and scale the People data foundation across our enterprise data ecosystem, overseeing

🎯 Requirements

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or
• 8+ years of experience across People Analytics, workforce analytics, data engineering, BI, or
• Strong technical background in modern cloud data architecture, including hands-on experience
• Proven track record building, scaling, or managing People Analytics platforms and tools such as
• Demonstrated success improving data quality, establishing metric governance frameworks, and
