Sr. Manager, People Technology & Analytics

📋 Description

• Own the strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of the People technology ecosystem
• Serve as a hands-on leader who directly configures, tests, troubleshoots, and maintains business
• Develop and execute a multi-year People Technology roadmap aligned with business priorities and
• Ensure the scalability, effectiveness, security, and reliability of People systems and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in HR Technology, People Analytics, Workforce Planning, HRIS, or
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Deep hands-on Workday configuration and administration expertise across HCM, Benefits, Absence
• Working knowledge of Workday integrations, including Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core
• Experience leading Workday release planning and regression testing, including assessing release
• Familiarity with AI agents and Model Context Protocol (MCP), including their role in designing and
