🎯 Requirements

8+ years in Procure to Pay, Finance Operations, or related field; 3+ years in people management
Proven track record transforming operational processes in P2P/S2P environments
Hands-on with AI, automation, or agentic workflow tools in operations
Deep familiarity with Workday or similar ERP; experience with Zip, Coupa, SAP Ariba
Strong cross-functional stakeholder management; executive communication; globally distributed teams
