🎯 Requirements

10+ years in SaaS implementation, onboarding, or delivery.
5+ years managing PMs or delivery teams in SaaS.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Strong cross-functional collaboration and senior-level influence.
Hands-on use of AI or automation in delivery workflows.
Proven track record of accountability to measurable outcomes.
