Sr Manager, Quality Control Technical Services

📋 Description

• Lead and provide end-to-end accountability for one or more QC Technical Services functional areas
• Establish priorities, objectives, governance, resource plans, performance indicators, and
• Provide technical and compliance oversight for laboratory investigations and nonconformances.
• Own or oversee QC trending and performance reporting processes, including periodic and quarterly

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Engineering, or another relevant
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in a regulated industry with significant experience in
• 5+ years of experience managing direct reports.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP requirements, laboratory controls, data integrity, quality risk
• Demonstrated experience in one or more areas: laboratory investigations and NCRs, statistical
• Ability to evaluate lab data, protocols, investigation reports, and GMP documentation.
