Sr. Manager, Regional Materials Management

📋 Description

• Lead regional planning and inventory management activities for raw materials, commodities, and
• Monitor regional inventory positions and direct inventory balancing, transfers, and redeployment
• Serve as the primary escalation point for regional material shortages, supply disruptions, and
• Partner with Procurement to develop material supply strategies and support sourcing decisions for
• Lead regional initiatives to standardize material management processes, inventory policies, and
• Support governance forums, planning reviews, and business processes including S&OP, Financial

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business Administration, Operations
• 10+ years of Supply Chain, Materials Management, Manufacturing Operations, or Planning experience
• Experience within the manufacturing industry (pharmaceutical or biotechnology highly preferred).
• Direct experience with SAP, preferably S/4HANA, supporting materials management and supply planning
• Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional initiatives involving inventory optimization, supply
• Strong analytical skills: ability to assimilate and interpret large data sets and translate into
