📋 Description

• Set and lead department standard operating procedures and business processes, ensuring department
• Direct the review and approval of Medicaid rebate deliverables so clients receive accurate
• Own the review and approval of customer contract setup and data management in Model N systems
• Serve as the escalation point for client questions on processing status, reconciliations, data
• Lead and develop a high-performing Medicaid operations team, building capability through clear
• Drive rebate savings by validating claims-level detail and partnering with states to resolve

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 10-12 years of relevant experience, including 10+ years in the pharmaceutical industry
• Proven people leadership, with the ability to build, coach, and develop high-performing teams
• Recognized subject matter expertise in Medicaid rebates, including experience with Medicaid rebate
• Experience meeting mandated deadlines while managing multiple client assignments and competing
• Ability to learn and apply complex government compliance requirements every day
• Strong analytical skills, technical ability to work with large data sets, and high accuracy. You
