📋 Description

• Lead and expand Sales Operations for scalable growth
• Align with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, CS on ops initiatives
• Own forecasting, quotas, and pipeline management
• Build dashboards and KPIs to drive data-driven decisions
• Optimize GTM tools and processes with Revenue Ops leadership
• Manage Revenue Ops Specialist and cross-functional collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in sales ops, with 2+ years in leadership
• Experience in multiple growth phases (startup to 100M+)
• Proven track record of scaling GTM processes in high-growth SaaS
• Experience leading sales ops teams
• Strong GTM strategy alignment across sales, marketing, and CS
• Proactively use AI tools to boost productivity and delivery
