📋 Description

• Develop and communicate the site's security strategy
• Be trusted security advisor to senior leadership
• Establish procedures to assess and mitigate vulnerabilities
• Maintain compliance with laws, regs, and policies
• Implement security measures and emergency plans
• Engage with local, state, and federal groups

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 12+ years in security
• 5+ years security management supervising staff
• Experience with ITAR
• Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university (preferred)
• Proven track record in security operations and risk mitigation
