Sr. Manager, Service Operations

📋 Description

• Lead transformation of quote-to-revenue processes.
• Oversee daily PS operations including month-end revenue and PSA invoicing.
• Improve PSA system; partner with operations excellence.
• Establish standards for services delivery and engagement.
• Identify operational issues and design PS/sales solutions.
• Collaborate with presales and sales on SOW scoping and quoting.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in SaaS finance or operations
• Experience with implementations and enhancements
• PSA tools experience and ERP systems (NetSuite)
• Knowledge of professional services ops and best practices
• Hands-on with IT/Systems to push changes
• Ability to translate complex topics into simple terms
