📋 Description

• Hands-on in strategic Singapore Public Sector deals; model team excellence
• Partner with Asia CRM Sales Leader to drive pipeline and accelerate wins
• Shape GTM for CRM solutions: Service, Sales, CPQ, Field Service
• Connect customer challenges to ServiceNow platform capabilities
• Own pricing, deal structure, and customer value articulation with sales
• Lead, coach, and develop a Solution Consulting team across Asia

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years pre-sales, enterprise software
• Player-coach with track record of winning deals and developing people
• CRM solutions experience (Service Management, Sales Cloud, CPQ, Field Service)
• Public Sector experience; Financial Services/Telecom a plus
• Able to engage from technical architects to C-suite
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving environments
