Sr Manager Solution Marketing LSP

📋 Description

• Bridge product and go-to-market for LSP44’s AI agent capabilities.
• Create messaging frameworks, sales assets, and campaigns for NORAM and EMEA sales teams.
• Develop positioning and ICP-based campaigns for multiple logistics subsegments.
• Partner with Product to translate roadmap into market-ready narratives.
• Build and deliver sales enablement assets (decks, battlecards, one-pagers) and enablement sessions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success across regions.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in product/solution marketing or similar, ideally in logistics or freight tech.
• Ability to translate complex products into clear, business-focused messaging (AI/ML a plus).
• Hands-on experience building sales enablement assets and running global enablement sessions.
• Experience identifying ICPs across subsegments and tailoring campaigns accordingly.
• Comfortable working across NORAM and EMEA time zones and cultures.
• Self-starter who can create assets and content independently.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range: USD 147,000 – 200,000.
