Sr. Manager - SRE

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Site Reliability Engineers
• Establish team goals and reliability priorities
• Develop automation for deployment of storage vaults, core servers, and infrastructure
• Drive complex reliability initiatives from problem discovery through implementation
• Improve observability, monitoring, and alerting
• Lead analysis of SLA and reliability performance and drive corrective actions

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, systems engineering, infrastructure, or
• Demonstrated experience building, managing, mentoring, and developing high-performing technical
• Experience leading reliability or infrastructure organizations operating large-scale
• Strong understanding of deploying and managing large fleets of Linux hosts, with a strong emphasis
• Strong knowledge of observability and monitoring technologies such as VictoriaMetrics, Prometheus
• Experience establishing operational procedures, runbooks, incident processes, and reliability
