Sr. Manager, Strategic Execution

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end planning and delivery of defined-scope medical, clinical, and commercial programs.
• Lead workstreams within larger programs, managing milestones, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Translate objectives into executable delivery plans; monitor progress and escalate risks.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for programs and support client planning sessions.
• Build relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, vendors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate with internal partners to ensure effective program delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Arts, Science, or related field; 4+ years PM experience delivering
• Proven experience delivering medical, clinical, or commercial programs in a professional services
• Ability to independently manage defined-scope programs and contribute to larger initiatives.
• Strong PM skills: timelines, budgets, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, priorities.
• Experience working with clients and leadership in client-facing situations.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and stakeholder communication skills.
