📋 Description

• Lead category strategy and sourcing plans for General & Administrative spend, translating
• Lead complex sourcing engagements from requirements definition and market analysis through supplier
• Establish commercial strategies and negotiate agreements that address pricing, service levels
• Develop insights and recommendations using spend analysis, market intelligence, supplier
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Trust & Safety, People, IT and
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sourcing team through clear priorities, timely feedback

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, category management, supply
• Minimum of 4 years of experience leading and developing people, including setting expectations
• Experience leading strategic sourcing and category management for substantial indirect, General
• Experience leading complex supplier negotiations and structuring commercial agreements that balance
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders across functions and aligning competing business
