Lead commodity strategy of electronic and electro-mechanical components
Manage and develop a sourcing team, coaching and mentoring
Evaluate, assess, develop, and manage supply base for prototype to scalable production
Develop and manage purchase plans for part inventory, utilizing MRP
Administer contracts and independently negotiate pricing, scope, and IP terms
Collaborate with internal teams on sourcing strategy, market analysis, and roadmaps

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, or business
7+ years procurement or supplier management experience
Knowledge of EEE commodity and PCBA procurement
EMS and contract manufacturers experience
Drawings, BOMs, and Gerber files experience
Travel 20-60% domestically/internationally; on-site in Redmond, WA
