Sr. Manager, Strategy and Business Operations

📋 Description

• Partner with the GM to build strategic plans - product strategy, roadmap, revenue retention, growth
• Lead the annual strategic and financial planning process, connecting workstreams across Product
• Partner with Revenue Operations to track OKRs, initiative progress, and key adoption, retention
• Help define pricing strategy and ratecards
• Serve as thought partner and force multiplier to the leadership team, keeping their time and
• Own the leadership operating system — staff meetings, offsites, MBRs, and board or executive

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in strategy, operations experience in a SaaS business; management consulting or equivalent
• A proven track record building, scaling, and refining strategy and programs for complex businesses
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
• Experience with organizational design, organizational behavior, and leadership or team development
