📋 Description

• Set strategy, tooling, and outcome goals for growth areas.
• Launch and scale new partner motions; keep supply ready.
• Run frontline fulfillment to ensure jobs are matched and completed.
• Lead cross-functional execution with Success, Partnerships, Product, Data Science, and Finance.
• Oversee supply health model, dashboard, and levers for supply decisions.
• Own headcount and capacity forecasting; translate signals into staffing plans.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Customer Success Ops, Marketplace Ops, Revenue Ops, or related.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on operations; proven execution plans.
• Two-sided marketplace or gig economy experience.
• Proven ability to stand up new operational motions under time pressure.
• Quantitative fluency with models and coverage ratios.
• Hands-on AI-enabled workflow/automation in operations.
