  • Design/execute Technical Consulting Frameworks and PM programs for global tech.
  • Collaborated with executives to drive global talent retention and capabilities.
  • Experience supporting Customer Success, Professional Services, or Consulting.
  • Highly organized; manage global talent processes, milestones, and goals.
  • Skilled at engaging senior leadership, guiding tough discussions, driving consensus.
