🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field.
• 8+ years in HR, Talent Mgmt, or Career Counseling in consulting/services.
• 3+ years of direct People Management leading HR/Talent/Career Management.
• Design/execute Technical Consulting Frameworks and PM programs for global tech.
• Collaborated with executives to drive global talent retention and capabilities.
• Experience supporting Customer Success, Professional Services, or Consulting.
• Highly organized; manage global talent processes, milestones, and goals.
• Skilled at engaging senior leadership, guiding tough discussions, driving consensus.
