Sr. Manager, Technical Training

📋 Description

• Lead deployment and daily execution of technical training aligned with Operations priorities and
• Convert strategy into annual/quarterly plans, capacity models, staffing, schedules, and readiness
• Standardize onboarding, instructor qualification, on-the-job training, competency assessment
• Lead and develop training managers, supervisors, trainers, and specialists; set expectations and
• Partner with subject-matter experts to translate NPI, process changes, and tech updates into
• Own delivery quality, LMS and certification records, audit readiness, metrics, budgets, and vendors

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Organizational Development
• 10+ years in technical training, workforce development, learning programs, or related technical
• 3+ years leading managers/supervisors or multi-layer training teams
• Experience implementing and scaling technical training and workforce-readiness programs
• Experience with competency frameworks, certification programs, and LMS/certification systems
• Strong collaboration with operations, engineering, quality, regulatory, and leaders to translate
