Sr. Manager, Transformation & Value Creation

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day execution of assigned VCP workstreams, starting with pricing and advertising
• Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, and Finance to put pricing guardrails, deal
• Build the analysis behind commercial decisions, including pricing impact models, business cases
• Coordinate cross-functional and external partners, including consulting teams, on business
• Prepare executive, steering committee, and Board materials that summarize progress, issues, and the
• Structure ambiguous problems into clear frameworks, recommendations, and action plans and follow

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Healthcare, or related field.
• 2+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm (BCG, Bain, McKinsey preferred), or equivalent
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including building business cases and quantifying
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including developing materials for senior
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous commercial questions and move them to a decision.
• Comfort working with sales and client-facing teams, using data to work through disagreement.
