📋 Description

• Lead and mentor Workplace Managers in Paris, Chisinau, and Berlin, ensuring alignment with
• Ensure European offices feel vibrant, connected, and fully operational, providing hands-on support
• Direct day-to-day workplace operations across EMEA offices, ensuring agile space planning, reliable
• Oversee regional vendors (catering, snacks, janitorial, local facilities services), ensuring
• Guide local managers in planning inclusive office events, cultural celebrations, and ERG-partnered
• Manage and forecast the Workplace Experience budget for the EMEA region, maximizing resources

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Workplace Experience, Facilities Management, or Hospitality, including
• Deep understanding of regional workplace regulations, health and safety standards, and vendor
• Exceptional cross-cultural communication skills; multi-lingual capabilities (e.g., French, German)
• Proficient with Slack, Google Workspace, Jira, and workplace management tools.
