Sr. Manufacturing Engineer (Starship)

📋 Description

• Collaborate with analysts/design to ensure hardware meets requirements
• Develop production procedures; transition parts to high-rate production
• Coordinate development, qualification, and acceptance testing of tooling
• Identify DFM improvements to boost production efficiency
• Create CAD models and drawings for flight hardware and tooling
• Serve as on-site design engineering contact for build/assembly

🎯 Requirements

• BS or higher in Aerospace/Mechanical/Materials Eng or Eng Physics
• 5+ years professional engineering experience
• Hands-on with complex mechanical systems; team lead experience
• SpaceX vehicle experience; GD&T
• FEA proficiency
• Experience with welding processes; NX and Teamcenter
