Maintain content per code set updates and adhere to guidelines.
Support product release schedules and resolve mapping issues.
Demonstrate advanced proficiency in initial mapping and QA across code sets.
Identify areas for map improvement and manage complex inquiries.
Participate in tool testing and release-related tasks.

🎯 Requirements

Extensive experience with ICD-10-CM/PCS, ICD-9-CM, CPT, HCPCS.
Credentials: RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or CPC.
BA/BS in health information management preferred.
At least 5 years in medical records coding, EHRs, and terminology.
Experience with claims edits, payor denials, or risk-adjustment coding.
Strong analytical, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
