📋 Description

• Own the Korea market access strategy and roadmap for the daVinci and Ion portfolio, aligned to BU
• Monitor intelligence on the Market Access landscape, including competition access, healthcare
• Execute Market Access plans based on local needs and strategy aligned with affiliate and global
• Implement and execute strategic Market Access frameworks—such as payer engagement, negotiation, and
• Navigate and respond to the evolving healthcare policy landscape related to daVinci
• Lead cross-functional alignment on access priorities, risks, timelines, and trade-offs; act as the

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (e.g., MPH, MSc, PharmD, PhD, MBA) in health
• 15+ years of experience in Korea market access/reimbursement, pricing, HTA/nHTA, or
• Demonstrated hands-on experience leading or materially contributing to one or more of the following
• Strong understanding of the Korea healthcare system and decision-making bodies, including MoHW
• Proven ability to translate clinical and economic evidence into clear, persuasive payer value
• Strong project management skills; ability to lead complex, cross-functional workstreams in a matrix
