Sr. Marketing Automation Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the operating strategy and roadmap for Marketing, with a primary focus on Growth Marketing
• Own the marketing technology roadmap and be accountable for its outcomes, defining requirements
• Continuously scout and evaluate new marketing technologies, including AI-enabled tools, and lead
• Design and continuously improve the demand lifecycle, from lead scoring and segmentation through
• Partner with Revenue Operations to define shared standards, definitions, and SLAs for lead
• Define the reporting and attribution framework that gives leadership clear insight into Growth

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent work
• 8+ years of experience in marketing operations (or 5+ years with a Master's degree), including
• A technologist at your core, with a proven record of evaluating, implementing, and evolving
• Experience operating across multiple marketing disciplines, such as growth marketing, creative, and
