📋 Description

  • Analyze marketing performance across paid, earned, and owned media; track full-funnel metrics.
  • Partner with leadership to support strategic planning and target setting.
  • Manage analytics requests; prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews.
  • Optimize lead scoring models and attribution reporting, validating models.
  • Design dashboards and reports to deliver actionable insights.
  • Create dashboards for Lead Flow and PipeGen closed-loop reporting.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in technical field (CS/DS/Statistics/Eng/Math)
  • 5+ years analytics experience supporting GTM teams in hyper-growth B2B
  • Advanced SQL and Python; experience with AI tools for data analysis/automation
  • Proficient in Marketo, Salesforce, GA4, BigQuery, Looker; CDP (Segment/Hightightouch); certifications preferred
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Ops, Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing
  • Strong storytelling to translate data into insights and recommendations
  • Experience presenting to executives using Google Slides/PowerPoint
  • Understanding PLG, SLG, and Closed-Loop Marketing frameworks
