📋 Description

• Assist in researching, negotiating and securing sponsorships and venues for specific events
• Help maintain project plans and track deliverables in a timely and effective manner with a keen
• Communicate with stakeholders on an ongoing basis regarding project status, including participating
• Write events briefs and keep track of events on associated documents
• Work with Content and DG colleagues to create effective company listings and ads if required
• Work with sales drive teams and other stakeholders to execute all event deliverables before, during

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with field marketing and events, education-industry experience is a major plus
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects in various stages
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
• Strong time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
