Sr. MarTech Manager, Communications

📋 Description

• Serve as MarTech lead for Braze and the broader communications vendor ecosystem, managing
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Data teams to translate business needs into
• Manage vendor relationships, performance, and roadmap alignment; lead vendor evaluations and RFPs
• Identify and advance AI opportunities across communications workflows and MarTech stack, from
• Drive greater value from communications technology across orchestration, personalization
• Establish MarTech governance and best practices, including measures of platform health, integration

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in marketing technology, CRM/lifecycle technology, product management
• Deep hands-on expertise with Braze, including integrations, orchestration, personalization, data
• Strong understanding of communications technology architecture and technical fluency with APIs
• Experience translating marketing needs into technical requirements and partnering/influencing
• Experience managing strategic technology vendors and leading RFPs, pilots, and build-vs-buy
• Strong systems thinking and troubleshooting skills, with experience diagnosing communication

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary range: $153,000 - $200,000, plus bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits
